NeuralPower is an old application developed by CPC-X Software. Unfortunately, you can't purchase a serial number because there isn't an online resource available for this purpose. Also, you can't get in touch with CPC-X Software because their official website has been closed in 2009 and they seem to be out of business. The only contact information available is an old email address: cpc-xsoftware@operamail.com.
